The M5 from Bristol to Exeter, Join the A30 towards Bodmin, and take the exit signed Bodmin/Lostwithiel (A389). At the T junction turn left towards the roundabout. Take the first exit left and stay inthe right hand lane to take a right turn at the roundabout. At the end of the road you come to another small roundabout, turn left up into the village of Sweetshouse. take a left at the top of the hiil,keep to the right when the road forks and at the T junction we are diagonally to your right. From Plymouth, take the A30 towards Bodmin, at Dobwalls take the right hand fork at the traffic lights and follow the road to Lostwithiel. We are the 2nd on the left after the traffic lights.
