We are close to the many attractions of Paignton including the beach, pier, multiplex cinema, crazy golf, harbour (many trips available) and the green where there is nearly always something happening during the main season. Goodrington beach is also only a short walk away where you will find a lovely safe beach and many water attractions, e.g. pedaloes. For the rare wet day try the nearby Torbay Leisure Centre. Paignton & Dartmouth Steam Railway is a must for all ages whatever the weather.

M5 Southbound to J31. A38 then A380 towards Torquay. Straight over Penn Inn roundabout at Newton Abbott. Right at next roundabout signposted Paignton. Keep going straight over all roundabouts ignoring signs for Paignton. Straight over traffic lights. Left at next traffic lights signposted Paignton Zoo (Riviera Tile Company on corner). Straight over next traffic lights (the Zoo) and take next right (Hayes Road). This road goes into Penwill Way through a residential area. At traffic lights turn left onto Dartmouth Road. At mini roundabout turn right into Roundham Road. Take first right (Also Roundham Road). First left round corner into St. Andrews Road. We are the first driveway on your right. Car Park around the back.
