Turn left at the Clocktower roundabout heading towards Babbacombe. After 100 yds, turn right at the next set of traffic lights onto meadfoot road and follow the road to uphill to Meadfoot sea road. The Hotel Balmoral is the last building on the right before the beach, directly opposite the Osbourne Hotel.
